Giveaway Period: December 2, 2024 through December 31, 2024
Who May Participate: This giveaway is open to all who qualify, no purchase necessary to enter, and does not require being a current or past Aqua Medical Spa client. Participants must be US residents at least 18 years of age.
Entry: Entries are limited to one entry per contest per household.
Drawing Date: January 2, 2025 at at 9:00 am (CST)
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by no later than January 6, 2025 via email or phone. Also, by entering this giveaway you are giving us permission to post and publish your name as the winner if selected during the above giveaway period. No prize substitutions will be available.
Eligibility Restrictions: Current employees of Aqua Medical Spa and/or Dermatology Specialists of AL, GA, FL, MS are not eligible to win.
Winner Selection: This drawing will be independently conducted and managed by CCL Branding in Winston-Salem, NC. The odds of winning are based on the total number of entries received.
